A native of Northern Colorado, Mike has practiced with Starr & Westbrook, P.C. since 2003. Mike has extensive experience in the areas of real estate, estate planning, probate, business law and utility law. Mike represents and advises clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions, easements, land developments, and community association matters. He also advises clients in public and private utility law including treated water, ditch and reservoir water and electricity. He assists clients with preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorneys, and other estate planning and probate matters. He also advises clients in areas of business law including small and large corporations, limited liability companies and other entities.

Throughout his career, Mike has been actively involved in numerous philanthropic boards and committees in Northern Colorado. He is currently an advisory board member for the Namaqua Center at Touchstone Health Partners as well as a volunteer for the Larimer County Bar Association Legal Aid Program. Mike is past president and board member of the Thompson Education Foundation and has also been a committee member for the Medical Center of the Rockies Foundation. Mike has also served on bond and mill levy election committees in the Thompson School District.
